By accessing our website or engaging Auremix for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Auremix provides web development, mobile app development, AI & automation, UI/UX design, and branding & design services. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of any project will be agreed upon separately with each client.
Payment terms, including deposits and milestones, will be outlined in an individual project agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Auremix retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a client requests confidentiality.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and access needed to complete a project. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.
Auremix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Either party may terminate an ongoing project agreement with written notice, subject to payment for work completed up to that point.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
